Khala Democracy Governance

Khala’s treasury has accumulated 36.16M PHA.

1. Democracy referendum
• #76: This motion will trigger a runtime upgrade to v1204 to fix the bug
• #75: This motion will trigger an external referendum on runtime to v1202 to facilitate runtime migration.

2. Treasury proposal
• #48: This proposal is from the Phala team for spending during the DOT in Vietnam campaign.
• #49: This proposal comes from the Dwellir team. Users will provide public RPC node services for the Khala network in 2023 Q1.

1. The PhalaWorld team released a recap of incubation and Dress Up. A total of 1,511 Shells were minted, 1,171 Shells were incubated, and 1,019 Shells were Dressed up.

1. Phala releases 2022 year-in-review, which is data-driven and describes in detail the achievements of Phala in 2022 and the goals for 2023.
